The Company is owned by Robert A. Nass and Jonathan J. Lichtman who have been business partners since 1992 and collectively have over fifty years experience in purchasing and developing commercial real estate.
LN Development Group is currently looking for under-valued apartment complexes in target markets in the Southeastern United States. These properties will be packaged into individual limited liability companies and sold to investors through private placements.
